Thank you for answering my Dining Plan question yesterday. Was very helpful. My girls are older (19&13). Could you give any suggestions on where to try to dine? (I understand need for reservations) Ohana and Be our Guest have made the list so far.

    Hi Jodie,

You're welcome!  I'm so glad the earlier answer was helpful and thanks so much for sending another great question!

My oldest sons are 12 and 14 and their "taste" in restaurants has changed a bit over the years.  You already have 2 of our family favorites on your list with 'Ohana and Be Our Guest Restaurant and I know you'll love them both.  Here are some other top picks from my boys and what they offer (in addition to great food).

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant at Disney's Hollywood Studios serves up burgers, shakes and more while dining in a classic car and enjoying campy old movies on a big screen.

For a fine dining experience that caters to kids of all ages, Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort are both amazing.  For even more magic, make your reservation so that you're dining during Wishes Nighttime Spectacular at Magic Kingdom, as both offer great views of the fireworks and the music is piped in for the show.

Teppan Edo at Epcot is fantastic, with the chefs cooking traditional Japanese dishes on grills right at your table.

I say you're never too old for a character meal and my favorite is Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

I hope that helps, Jodie, but please write back if you have any other questions.  Have a magical day!
