    Thank you for advising me. Is Boma a good option for dinner the night we arrive? I keep hearing the food is great but is our arrival day a good time to go? 8 yr olds like? Tough trying to fit great places to eat in during our 5 night stay.

    I think that would be a great start. The food is good, and being a buffet you can just get everyone what they want and not fight about it. The adults can also get something special, as they have some really great variety, including African and Indian inspired choices.

    The resort itself is heavily steeped in ambiance, especially at night. So it will be great to get to do some exploring also to kick off your trip. Go out back and watch the animals on the savannah.

    I would DEFINITELY do that on the arrival night!
