HI! Thank you so much for all the advice! We are sailing on the Fantasy on 11/09 and then off to WDW for five nights. When we check in for the Cruise, do we have to check in again at the resort? Is the room card on the ship the same one for the resort?

Welcome aboard, Debra! I'm happy to hear that you've been able to find so many answers to your questions on the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Cruising with Disney is such fun, and planning is half the fun, so I'm glad you've been browsing our site to help you get started!

Disney Cruise Line and the Walt Disney World Resorts do not combine their reservations, so your two reservations will be separate. However, you can arrange for Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation to take you from the Fantasy to your resort after your sailing. I highly recommend booking this, even though it does carry an extra fee of $35 per person each way. Disney takes care of all of the details, so I promise it's worth every single penny!

Once you arrive at your resort, you will check in there. Your Disney Cruise Line Key To The World Card will not work at the resort, as it is specific to the cruise. So, the resort will be sure to provide you with everything you need for your resort stay once you arrive.

I hope that helps as you count down these last few weeks until your big trip, Debra! Let me know if I can help with anything else before you set sail!
