Thanks for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bobbi!
I just checked the Camera Roll on my phone, and I see from my photos that taking the test to become an Honorary Disney Historian was still available at the
Walt Disney Presents: One Man’s Dream exhibit at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios as of last month. While these types of experiences are always subject to change, I definitely think you should inquire about it during your
Walt Disney World Resort visit later this summer.
When you enter the Walt Disney Presents exhibit, ask one of the Cast Members at the entrance if you can take the “test.” They’ll give you a pencil and a piece of paper with a series of questions that you can answer based on your expansive knowledge of Walt Disney (or you can read the exhibit cards located throughout the attraction to find the answers). Then either return your “test” to the same Cast Member at the entrance or find another closer to the exit (near the current diorama of
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge or the
Mike and Sulley Character Experience) and let them “grade” your test. If you pass, they’ll give you a certificate designating you as an Honorary Disney Historian.
I do hope you get to experience this during your next Walt Disney World Resort visit, Bobbi. Make sure you also download the
Play Disney Parks app for even more fun. With games, trivia and other experiences, it’s a great way to interact with the attractions and exhibits in each of the Theme Parks.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
