Tent pop up sites at ft wilderness. Can I park my vehicle (tent is on roof of jeep truck) on the tent pad? How wide are they? What are the dimensions of the tent pads? Does an ez up with bug screen over the table count as a tent? My own grill rules? Thx!

Welcome to planDisney, Terry! You are going to have the best time at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! Thanks so much for stopping by with your planning question.

According to Disney's Website, a tent or pop-up campsite has enough room for a pop-up camper or a camper van-type vehicle, up to 2 tents on a concrete pad and measures 10 feet by 25 feet. (You may park your vehicle on the tent pad.) The preferred campsite will give you and your group enough room for an RV plus a small tent on a concrete pad and measures 10 feet by 45 feet. It would also include a sewage hook-up and it's close to the marina.

You may bring your own grill. Cast members ask that you please set up your grill on the concrete or gravel pad at your camp site.

I have seen many bug screens at the fort over the years. For the most current answer about the bug screen counting as a tent, I recommend reaching out to the Fort directly by calling (407) 824-2900.

During your stay you won’t want to miss the Electrical Water Pageant. You can enjoy the twinkling lights of this classic parade on Bay Lake at around 9 p.m. every night at the dock.

Terry, I hope I’ve been helpful. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more questions before your vacation. It’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
