We are going 10/21-10/28 2009. What is the temperature like at this time? What are the crowds like?

    James,

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration say that the average October temperature ranges from a high of 85 to a low of 66.5, with an average of 68.8. It is also one of the lower rainfall months in Orlando.

As for crowds, I personally find them to be PERFECT! They are not so busy that you feel like you are paying to be a professional line-stander, but there is enough of a crowd that you fell like you are where the action is!

Think of what it would be like to walk into an empty restaurant at peak dinner time. You would wonder why nobody else was eating there, and probably leave. Everyone wants to be where the excitement is, and Walt Disney World in October is EXACTLY where the action is!

Proof that you will like it? Well my next family vacation is scheduled for the exact same week!

    Have a magical time!
