How can I tell if my tickets and dining reservations are linked to my magic band (not from resort, purchased separately)

    Hi Kelly,
Thanks so much for submitting your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

One of the most amazing things that the Walt Disney World Resort has released in the last few years is My Disney Experience.  It's available on your desktop computer through your favorite web browser and there's also an app for your phone that offers so many great features.

If you don't have an account yet in My Disney Experience, don't wait! Sign up right now! The website/app gives you the ability to link all of your reservations, tickets and MagicBands together to give you a seamless, hands-free experience throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. To ensure that you are able to link everything to your account, you'll need your MagicBand (for the ID code located on the back side of the icon), your reservation numbers and your theme park tickets.  If you already have a My Disney Experience account, some of these items may already be linked to your account; you can look there and see what is already associated with your ID.

The app is a phenomenal, powerful tool for your upcoming visit.  It has interactive park maps, it can tell you wait times for every attraction within the four theme parks, it can help you make dining reservations and it can even do online food ordering at select quick service dining locations, which I think is my favorite feature.

Kelly, I hope this is helpful! Come back and see us if you have additional questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
