How can I tell which ticket is mine through the number on back

Hi Kim and welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to help you figure things out!

The first thing to do is log on to your My Disney Experience account. You can also do this via your My Disney Experience app. Go to “My Account” and select “MagicBands and Cards.” If you are the main person on the account, go to “Your MagicBands and Cards” and you will see a list of the theme park ticket cards and MagicBands linked to you. Compare the numbers on the ticket in your hand to make sure that ticket is linked to you. Remember that you can use any of the cards or bands already linked to you! As long as you've purchased a valid/new theme park ticket and it's linked to you, they all work the same way.

To manage a family member’s card linked to your account, go to “Friends’ MagicBands & Cards” and you will see a list of everyone you manage and the card numbers and MagicBands linked to each individual. In that same window, you can also link a new MagicBand or card.

Kim, I hope I’ve been able to clear things up. If you need any more help, please feel free to come back to see us! It’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical vacation!
