Heigh-Ho Alexander,
Thank you for bringing your curiouser and curiouser ticket inquiry to planDisney.
Current Walt Disney World theme park tickets, depending on the amount of days Guests have purchased, typically expire at the most 14-days after the day of their first use. However, Guests who still have tickets with the No Expiration option have a couple of options to further have access to the number of days they still have. In both cases have your ticket ID numbers on hand so they can be accessed in a timely manner. First, Guests can call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member who can assist with your question and linking them to your My Disney Experience profile. At the moment, Walt Disney World Cast Members are handling a high volume of calls, patience is a virtue. Another option is
email. If you are in no rush, follow the link I have provided and under the subject, choose Existing Ticket Inquiries. In the body of your email provide your ticket ID numbers and your My Disney Experience profile email address. Either way, a Cast Member is sure to be able to help.
I hope this has been helpful and stay up to date by following the
Disney Parks Blog.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
