    Can you tell me if there are special events planned in celebration for the DW 40th anniversary in October.

    Hi Amanda, I am sure there will be something special planned for the upcoming 40th Anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resorts but I am not sure what those are or will be. I remember for the 25th Anniversary that Cinderella's Castle was transformed into a giant pink cake! It was beautiful and looked delicious:) I would keep your eyes out for special event announcements as the summer gets closer. I would sign up with Disney to receive email announcements. Also, if you are a social media lady like myself then follow Disney on Facebook and Twitter. Wishing you a magical day! Beth
