    Can you tell me if restaurants/food outlets within the parks provide gluten free options as family member has a gluten intolerance? This could either make or break the Disney Experience !!

    Hello Ann!

    Thank you for bringing us this great question.

    Many of the table service restaurants and quick service dining locations at Walt Disney World offer alternatives for those Guests who suffer from food allergies and intolerances.

    When making your Advanced Dining Reservation tell the Cast Member to note the gluten intolerance on your reservation. If you have already made your reservation you can call then back and add the note to your existing reservations. Also, when you arrive at your dining location inform the server of your dietary needs.

    Prior to leaving for your trip I suggest checking out the menus for the restaurants you plan to enjoy. You can find the menus on each restaurant's website. If you have questions about any of the menu items you see listed give the folks at Disney Dining a call at (407) 939-3463 or email them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.
