Hiya, Nicole.
Welcome to planDisney! Close your eyes. Can you picture it?
Cinderella Castle in the distance, music playing and children laughing in the background, the smell of sweet treats and popcorn wafting past you... In just a few short months, you'll be immersed in all this and more. The magic of
Walt Disney World Resort is real and waiting for you!
I'm excited to hEAR you'll be staying at my family's favorite
Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your upcoming trip!
Disney's Pop Century Resort is far out in a groovy kind of way. We jive with the Resort's gnarly decor and theming that pays homage to past decades. It's totally tubular having the
Disney Skyliner on site, because it makes getting to
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
EPCOT a mellowed-out breeze. Plus, the Cast Members are eager to help Guests whatever their needs may be. Seriously, it's the bee's knees!
My family stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort in November and had connecting rooms, so I am happy to confirm that connecting rooms are indeed available. You will be able to put in a request for connecting rooms when booking your Disney Resort hotel online. At checkout, beneath the list of Guests, you should see a section that says "Room and Amenity Requests." When you click that link, you should be able to select from three options, so make sure you choose the option about connecting doors. It's that simple!
If you've already booked your Resort reservation, I think the best course of action would be to call 407-560-2428 to speak with a Cast Member at Guest Services to have them notate your reservation correctly. Connecting rooms are only guaranteed for parties with one or two adults in the same household who are traveling with any number of children, ages 17 and under. In all other cases, your Resort hotel will do its best to accommodate, but it's not a guarantee.
Nicole, don't forget to check out all of the
50th Anniversary Celebration festivities while you're on your trip. Before you know it, you'll be off to Neverland!
Reach out and find your happily ever after,
Alyssa
