Can you tell me of some places within Disney where they sell Dole frozen deserts(It won't let me spell out the real name of it)? I have heard about them and want to try them when we come but can't find them on any Disney menus for counter service places.

    Hi Peggy,

You made me laugh with your question. The Moms Panel software includes some safeguards against use of certain vocabulary. We discovered years ago that it won't allow us to type the word w-h-i-p. We've been frustrated by this as well. Our workaround for referring to the dessert is to call it DoleWhip.

There are three places on WDW property that sell DoleWhip. The primary location is at Aloha Isle in Adventureland in the Magic Kingdom. Other spots to find this tasty treat are Captain Cook's on the lower level of the Polynesian resort and the Sunshine Tree Terrace in the Magic Kingdom (open seasonally).

You may want to head on over to DisneyFoodBlog.com. There are several articles about DoleWhip there, including one that gives information about other spots in the US where you can find this pineapple dream.

    Enjoy!
