How can I tell if my payment went through (I paid by credit card). I do see the balance is lower, but is there a place I can go that shows a breakdown all payments made?

Hi there, Waynell! Thanks so much for bringing this great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Waynell, I absolutely love how easy it is to make payments on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. I can put down my initial deposit and then pay over-time through My Disney Experience. Nothing makes me happier than seeing that balance slowly make its way to $0!

You can check that a payment on your vacation package was successful in two ways:

The first way would be to take a look at your credit card statement to verify that the charge was taken out. If you are showing a lower account balance on your My Disney Experience, and that lower amount matches your credit card statement, then you can be sure that your payment was successful.

Additionally, if you call (407) 939-5277 and speak to a Resort Reservations Agent, they will be able to give you a breakdown of your payment history over the phone. At this time a detailed payment history is not available through your My Disney Experience account.

Waynell, if you haven't already, be sure to take advantage of the Online Check-In service. With Online Check-In, you can go ahead and set up a credit card for charging privileges, create a unique PIN code, and designate a phone number to be notified when your room is ready. Once you receive your room number, you can skip the front desk and head straight to your room, using either your MagicBand or My Disney Experience Mobile App as your key!

If you do decide to set up charging privileges on your MagicBand, you will be able to see all of those charges itemized on your My Disney Experience Mobile App as well.

I hope that this helped, Waynell! Make sure you check out everything you need to know for your upcoming vacation and come back here to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help answer any other questions!

    See you real soon!
