    Hi! Can you tell me if Mickey Waffles are served at the quick service location of Wilderness Lodge? I have been told yes and no......deal breaker for my kids. Thanks!

    Your kids sound like my kind of Disney fans. What’s better for breakfast at Walt Disney World than the iconic Mickey Waffle? I like them so much, I have my own Mickey shaped waffle maker at home. While it’s not quite the same as enjoying them at Walt Disney World, it’s a fun way to add some Disney magic to a snowy Saturday morning.

    As with many things at Walt Disney World, offerings can and do change regularly, so I cannot promise that Mickey Waffles will be available at Roaring Fork when you visit in October. I can tell you that Mickey shaped waffles were being offered as recently as December 2014, and that Allears.net, one of my favorite resources for dining menus, currently has Mickey Waffles listed as part of the breakfast menu at Roaring Fork. While it is not a quick-service option, Mickey Waffles are also currently on the breakfast menu at Whispering Canyon Cafe, one of the table service restaurants at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. If they are removed from Roaring Fork’s Menu between now and October, perhaps Whispering Canyon will provide as a back-up plan.
