Can you tell me the least expensive time of the year to stay at a disneyland hotel?

Hello, Sharalee! Welcome back to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped by again! I'm happy to help you plan your vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth.

Staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel is the best way to stay in the "bubble!" Traditionally, the most economical time to visit is when schools are back in session August-September, or from January-March, before spring break. However, it's also a good idea to periodically check the Special Offers page or call the Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5060.

Currently, there is a late summer discount! If you plan to travel soon, you can save on rooms at a Disneyland Resort Hotel — including Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel, and Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel — for most stays Sunday through Thursday nights from August 7 through September 29 (travel must be complete by 9/30/22). This offer can also be booked as a Disneyland Resort Vacation package by adding tickets.

This week, we received the exciting news that beginning August 8, Early Entry is making a come back to Disneyland Resort hotel guests! The Early Entry program allows you to enter either of the theme parks 30 minutes before the official opening (valid park admission and a Park Pass reservation are still required). Package delivery, another great perk, will also be available beginning the same day. Hotel guests can have their in-park purchases sent to their hotel for pick-up the next day.

I hope this helps make your decision-making process easier, Sharalee! Please feel free to send in more questions anytime- we're all ears!
