Ahoy Christine!
Thanks for sailing by with a question for us. I hope my answer reaches you before your
booking window opens, but I'm so thrilled to hear you have plans to experience
Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement on your upcoming cruise. My husband and I had dinner there during our April
Disney Wish sailing and are still dreaming about the exceptional service and decadent multi-course menu we enjoyed.
While dinner is served at Enchanté each evening, the Champagne Brunch is only offered on select days. We enjoyed a Champagne Brunch at
Remy on Disney Fantasy a few years back, and if memory serves, it was only available on sea days. I reached out to a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member who confirmed that this will likely be the case for your sailing. I don't know which itinerary you've reserved so unfortunately I can't offer more specific details, but you can
reach out to a Cast Member with questions on your particular itinerary.
Guests can reserve one dinner, one brunch, and/or one dessert party, subject to availability so although you might want to dine at Enchanté each evening of your cruise, you'll only be able to reserve dinner on one evening. My husband and I reserved our meal as soon as our booking window opened but decided to change our date as the sailing neared. Unfortunately, there weren't any other options available online, but we stopped by the
Guest Services Desk on embarkation day and they directed us to a Cast Member to adjust our plans. I mention this because I don't want you to be discouraged if you aren't able to reserve your preferred meal date and time during your advance booking window. Cast Members are often able to work a little magic once onboard, so I'll cross my fingers that you get to enjoy the meal of your dreams. Make time to enjoy a cocktail at
The Rose before or after your meal, to really make the experience special.
Christine, if we can answer more questions or offer any personalized recommendations please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.
Wishing you a magical sailing,
Amy
