Can you tell me about the food court and menu at the Port Orleans French Quarter, and would you recommend this hotel for 6 year olds.

    Hi Carol!

Port Orleans French Quarter has a quick service food court, Sassagoula Floatworks, that serves a wide variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining area is themed with Mardi Gras , which makes for a fun atmosphere for kids.

Their breakfast items range from Beignets (a New Orleans favorite) to bagels, yogurt, Mickey waffles, omelets and pancakes.

For lunch and dinner you can enjoy cheese steak, pizza, salad or gumbo. There is a good variety for children and adults. You can also quickly take transportation over to Riverside Mill on the Port Orleans Riverside area to enjoy a wider selection for breakfast, including a create your own yogurt parfait and create your own omelet.

For lunch and dinner they have baked ziti, cajun chicken sandwich and a muffaletta to choose from (just to name a few.)

This is a great resort for children, as they love the fun theme of the resort, as well as the pool. You can also rent surrey bikes to ride around the resort and even take a boat to Downtown Disney.

    Magically,
    Stacy
