Hello there Jenna!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing us your question. I'd love to help you plan for your young one's royal makeover! I still cherish the magical memory of my daughter enjoying her transformation into a princess, with a little help from her Fairy Godmother’s Apprentice at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. It's such an unforgettable experience!
Currently, although I'm seeing some enabled early April dates available to select on the Disneyland
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique scheduling calendar (60 days out), the website seems to be experiencing a problem with responding when selecting April dates. Perhaps this is what you experienced, too? If so, know that are you not alone and all hope is not lost! Stay vigilant, and keep checking daily... it's what we Disney planner moms do best! Even if you don't find an appointment at first, I recommend that you keep checking back. Guests sometimes change plans, and you may see an available slot open up.
I thought I'd mention a back up plan, just in case you need one. Children under the age of 14 are welcome to wear a costume into the park, so your child could definitely still celebrate being a prince or princess for a day! Did you know you can stop by
Sir Mickey's, located right behind Cinderella Castle, to have a Cast Members sprinkle your little one with pixie dust... to add an extra touch of magic? And you could hold a royal photo shoot in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle with a little help from a
Disneyland PhotoPass photographer. They'd love to take some magical shots for you. To locate a photographer in the park, you can check the Disneyland app, tap the map pin icon at the bottom, and select “PhotoPass” from the dropdown menu to see a list of current locations.
I'm wishing on a star for your princess to have her Bibbidi Bobbidi makeover dreams come true! Please visit us again at planDisney if you have any other questions we can help with.
Sending pixie dust to you!
Tami
