can you tell me what if any differences between Pop Century and Disney Sports Resort??? We stayed at the Sports Resort 2 yrs ago and it was great. Planning on going back this June and thought about trying Pop Century instead.

    Shelley,

The Pop Century and All Star resorts are in most ways very much identical, after you peel off the respective decor. The buildings are the same, and the layout and amenities are very similar as well, with main pools and secondary quieter pools. The resorts Main Halls are the same as well, with a food court, store, lobby, arcade, etc.

I think that while they are all fairly interchangeable, I prefer the Pop Century. Why?

    • More centrally located within the Walt Disney World property (translating to some shorter bus times, occasionally)
    • Lake side location (versus all parking lots at the All Stars)
    • Slightly newer facility
Again, going to an All-Star is no step down. But I think your thought of trying Pop Century out is a great one! Feel free to send me any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
