How can I tell how many days left on my tickets

    Hello Avril,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  If you have theme park tickets from a past visit and would like to check from home to see how many days are remaining, you can send an email to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following in your message:
    • A scan or photograph of the tickets (front and back)
    • A scan or photograph of a government-issued ID
    • Your full name
    • A daytime phone number where you can be reached

The email size, including attachments, must be below 2 MB, so you may need to compress your attachments or send more than one message.  A Cast Member will be in touch as soon as possible, but it is typical for it to take 14 business days to receive a response.

As another option, if you are going to be at Walt Disney World Resort and would like to find out the number of days that are remaining on your tickets, you can stop by a ticket window at any of the theme parks or water parks, Guest Relations at Disney Springs or a concierge desk at any of the Disney Resort hotels and a Cast Member can assist you there.

I hope that helps, Avril, and sending pixie dust that you have lots of days left on those tickets!

Please visit us here again if we can help answer any other questions.
