Can you tell me the cost to ride monorail & ferry from the ticket/transportation area? We are not staying on the resort. Also, do you know the cost for beachcomber shacks and lockers @ Typhoon Lagoon? Are there other covered areas offered? Thanks!

Hi, Jill!  There is no cost for the monorail or the ferry from the theme parks to the transportation and ticket center.  All of your Walt Disney World transportation is included - monorails, ferries, boats, and buses. You'll only have to pay for a ride if you opt for a taxi or private car.  Even if you're not staying at Walt Disney World, you can still use the transportation.  How cool is that?

The beachcomber shacks are $300 per day to rent at Typhoon Lagoon.  You will find some shaded areas scattered throughout the park.  Locker rentals are $13 for the smaller size or $15 for the larger lockers.

I hope this helps make your vacation a bit easier to plan!
