    Can you tell me what the concierge level includes at the WL?

    HI Jennifer!

    The Club Level rooms at the Wilderness Lodge are wonderful! Our family has had the great fortune to stay here quite a few times, and can't wait to visit again in just a few weeks! It is always our first choice, when its in the budget!

    A great perk of staying on the club level of a resort is the access to the private concierge access before you even arrive! Members of the Itinerary Planning Office will help arrange your Advance Dining Reservations, special tours, or other events you may be interested in during your stay.

    Another fun event that Club Level guests at Disney resorts are also able to enjoy is a special behind-the-scenes safari at Animal Kingdom. A small van seating approximately 15 guests tours the Kilimanjaro Safari attraction at a much slower pace than normal. On our trip through the savannah we were able to see a mommy giraffe & her calf up close and personal! It was spectacular!

    During your stay, you will again have access to the club level concierge located on the 7th floor. This floor contains the guest rooms that guests staying club level will be in, and requires a key card to access.

    Also on the top floor is the lounge area. Each day a continental type breakfast is served. Although the menu items may vary, this usually includes coffee, tea, juices, bagels, pastries, yogurt, and fruit. Snacks and drinks are served during the day. Evening brings cheese, crackers, and even a warm appetizer or two. Wine & beer are also served. AND to top off the perfect day, an assortment of cordials and deserts follow! Yum!

    There are variety of seating areas including tables and couches. As well as two separate TVs - one for kids and one for Big Kids!
