Hi, can you tell me approx what times the dining packages for the Candlelight Procession shows are booked please ie how far ahead of the shows is the dining booked? Thank you, Karen.

    Hi Karen,

The Candlelight Processional at Epcot is a beautiful free show held at Christmas time, I watched it a few weeks ago and I can definitely recommend it.

As you know there is a CP dining package which gives you guaranteed reserved seating at a particular show, the queue for guests without the dining package can often be huge so this is a great time saver. There are 3 tiers to the package, depending on the performance you wish to view and the restaurant you choose.

For the 5 p.m. performance you need to dine between 1.45 p.m. and 2.45 p.m.
For the 6.45 p.m. performance you need to dine between 3.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m.
For the 8.30 p.m. performance you need to dine between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Please note that these times may change for the 2009 CP and that it is only for reservations at selected restaurants. It may be worth subscribing to some independent newsletters such as allears to hear when the 2009 times are released.

The packages are very popular and I would definitely advise you to book exactly at your 90-day mark, I hope you have fun it truly is a magical show,
