How can I tell if I have already linked my tickets to my magic band in the my Disney experience app?

Hiya, Nan! Welcome back to planDisney. We're happy you're here!

It sounds like you're making plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of year! You're going to love the cooler temperatures, the seasonal sweets, and the whisper of the holidays in the air. And with the opportunity to purchase tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, this is one of my absolute favorite times to visit Walt Disney World Resort! But before we can get you into the parks, let's make sure that your tickets are linked and ready to go.

Nan, your My Disney Experience account is a wonderful place. This is where all of your reservations are linked, from your Disney Resorts Collection hotel to your advance dining reservations to your theme park tickets. From there, tools like your MagicBand and My Disney Experience account can access all of this stored information! To make sure everything's ready to go, log into your account online first. Then, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Here, you should be able to see all of the tickets and the Guests to whom they're assigned (as long as they're connected in your Family & Friends List). Then, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My MagicBands and Cards. You should be able to see the MagicBands selected for the Guests in your travel party. If the tickets and MagicBands look right, you should be good to go! If you have any questions, please reach out to a friendly Cast Member. They'll be happy to take a peek at your reservations!

Then, head over to the My Disney Experience app! Tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner and tap Tickets and Passes. You should be able to swipe through and see the tickets linked to the Guests in your travel party (as long as they're connected in your Family & Friends List). Take a little time to explore everything that the My Disney Experience app can do while you're here! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access virtual queues, and mobile order food during your vacation.

I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Nan! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to write to us again. I'm wishing upon a star that your upcoming trip is an extra special one!

    Wishing you the very merriest,
    Michelle
