    How do we get tech help  w/photopass? Photos expire 30 days from date of access. @ 28 days, ran into a problem, can't reach them, emailed them. 4 days later-no answer & pics are no longer avail. Got CD but was in mid.of photo book w/60 pgs...

    Sorry to hear you're having troubles, Judy. The best thing to do would be to telephone Photopass cast members directly at (407) 934-4004. I've dealt with them before and they were most helpful, and I'm confident they can assist you with your magical memories!
