hello team, Water park entrance is included in our hotel reservation upon check in day. Is there direct transportation available from the Polynesian to the water park, or do we need to go to Disney Springs, then transfer to another bus?

Hey there, hi there, ho there Susan! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for splashing by with your question. It sounds like you're planning an incredible adventure to Walt Disney World Resort! I'm thrilled to dive into the details and help ensure your trip is as magical as possible!

That’s fantastic that you’re planning to make the most of the water park access included with your Polynesian Village Resort stay on check in day! What a fun way to kick off your Disney vacation! At this time, Blizzard Beach is the only water park open, but this is subject to change. I recommend checking the official Walt Disney World website or My Disney Experience app to confirm which water park will be open during your visit.

There is no direct bus from Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to the water parks. To get to Blizzard Beach using Disney transportation, you’ll need to take a bus from the Polynesian to Animal Kingdom Theme Park and then transfer to a Blizzard Beach bus. Buses typically run every 20 minutes, but I recommend allowing at least an hour for travel time.

If you’d prefer a faster and more direct option Disney's Minnie Van Service, can take you straight from the Polynesian to the water park entrance.

I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for your visit to Walt Disney World. Thank you again for visiting planDisney. We'll see ya real soon!
