Team - I booked tickets to visit Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) on Dec 15th. The Reservation planner shows availability for both the Parks on the same date. But, the system says the "limit is already reached". Can somebody help/guide me with this?

    Hi Sundarakrishnan! Welcome to planDisney!

To visit the Disneyland Resort, Guests need a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation. Based on your question, it sounds like you already have both, as you mentioned you purchased a ticket for a specific date. When purchasing a ticket on the Disneyland Resort website, Guests are usually prompted to select a visit date, and that selection of a date is one process of booking a reservation. If you already have a reservation from the time you purchased your ticket, it would make sense why the website is informing you that your limit was already reached.

You can verify that you already have a theme park reservation by visiting My Reservations, signing in with your Disneyland Account information, and scrolling down to your upcoming reservations.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort this December! If you are a fan of fireworks, like I am, I highly recommend Believe… In Holiday Magic! Out of all the firework spectaculars at the Disneyland Resort, it is my favorite, and not just because it ends with a magical showering of “snow.”

    Best wishes,
