I am a teacher and the Senior Class Adviser at my high school, and planning a senior trip to Orlando with an estimate of 60 students on March 10th or 11th, 2025. Is there a group rate on 1-day hopper tickets? The website gave me a cost of $290/ticket.

Welcome to planDisney, Tom! From one high school teacher to another, I hope your school year has gotten off to a magical start! I'm excited to see you're planning a senior trip for your students, and I'm happy to offer some suggestions and planning tools that I've used as a senior trip chaperone as well as some resources that have been shared with me as a panelist! Let's get started so you can get back to planning this magical celebration!

Tom, there are a few ways that you can access available group travel discounts and other information to help plan for your students. You can explore the Disney Imagination Campus website for information about group travel, including programs, ticket prices, and special events. You can reach out to a representative about your group's needs online as well and someone will contact you to get started with your planning. Another contact option is to send an email with your information to wdw.campus.sales@disney.com.

Another option that my colleagues and I have used in the past is to partner with a travel agency that specializes in graduation tours. Through these agencies, we have been able to secure group tickets with special student pricing to help meet the needs and budgets of our students, and also have access to a travel planner while onsite in Orlando to help with anything we might need!

Tom, having chaperoned senior trips over the past decade, your students are going to have the most magical time together! I'd love to offer you a few planning tips for traveling with teenagers that might help!
    • Have your students create their own My Disney Experience accounts and download the My Disney Experience mobile app before your trip. That way they can connect to one another and make and share plans together ahead of time and in the moment. This app will also help them navigate their way around the parks, check wait times, and mobile order food and snacks.
    • Encourage them to capture photos with the Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout their time in the theme parks; they can view their photos in the My Disney Experience mobile app and can also share the Memory Maker cost if they'd like to download the digital images after the trip!
    • Celebrate the magic of their graduation with complimentary celebration buttons available at Guest Relations at each theme park and also available in most gift shops throughout the parks! Cast Members can even personalize these buttons to say Class of 2025 and each graduate's name. Additionally, there are usually some specialty graduation items available in the theme parks and Disney Springs like graduation Mickey Mouse ears that your students can keep an eye out for to remember this special visit!
Tom, I know the amount of dedication and planning it takes to offer this trip to students, and I hope this helps you to get started on making it happen! If you have any other questions, planDisney is always happy to help you plan your celebration; come back anytime!

    Celebrate the Magic,
    Alison
