Oh my goodness, Chelsea! Welcome and thank you for bringing this topic up. I have been manifesting, my friend - sending out positive vibes to the universe that tea returns.
Walt Disney World has an awful lot of things to do, and much of it requires a bit of hustle and bustle. I'm all about the
theme parks and the
attractions, but I love just one afternoon of a little vacation quiet time.
EPCOT did have a tea experience at the
Rose & Crown Dining Room. It debuted not too long before the park interruption due to the pandemic, and it hasn't returned yet. The
Garden View Tea Room at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa also remains closed. But there are options, Chelsea. It may not recreate exactly the Garden View Tea experience, but we can get close.
Grab a perfectly steeped cuppa at
Joffrey's Coffee and Tea Company at The Landings at Disney Springs. You can take your tea to one of the little tables just outside
Amorette's Patisserie, where you can grab a sandwich and some pastries to share. Check out some of the country pavilions at EPCOT, specifically China and Morocco, where you'll find a tea you can enjoy with something sweet from virtually any of the countries. The
Contempo Cafe at
Disney's Contemporary Resort features Twinings Teas and a great selection of sweets and savories you can enjoy right there at the resort.
Chelsea, keep your eyes peeled on
Disney Parks Blog for any updated news, or come on back here before you leave for your trip. We'll keep you in the loop.
Fingers crossed!
Anna
