About how much would a Taxi cost to go to the nearest food store and to a nice close beach from All Star Music Resort? Also what is the name and where do we catch the bus to Universal Studios? What is the cost of it? First time going to Disney, Thanks! :)

    Hi Stephanie,

I recommend you consider renting a car for all of the traveling you are doing outside of Walt Disney World. The Lynx is the public bus company which operates in Orlando. You can visit their website at GoLynx.com.

As for the groceries, you could ride the Lynx or order from the GardenGrocer.com. This online grocer will deliver your groceries right to your resort.

The real expense comes in the beach. The nearest beach is 45-60 minutes away. This will be an expensive round trip via a taxi. You might save a little money with a car service from Happy Limos but that would still cost you more than a car rental.

You can rent a car onsite at Walt Disney World or at the airport.

    Wishing you a magical day!
