Are tax and gratuities included in the dining plan? If not how are they billed for?

Hi Deonne! Tax is included on the Disney Dining Plan, but gratuities are generally not, except in a few instances, such as at Cinderella's Royal Table. Even though you're using Dining Plan credits to pay for your meals, you'll receive a bill at the table-service and buffet restaurants that will show the cost of any items not covered by your Dining Plan, such as alcoholic beverages, and the amount of an 18 and 20 percent gratuity. These amounts are just listed for your convenience; you can use that information to determine the actual gratuity that you wish to leave.

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions. We're happy to help!
