Who can I talk with about scheduling a group of 50-60 for a trip to Disney World?

Hi Scott and welcome to planDisney!

How exciting that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World during the holiday season!  It's my very favorite time of year at the theme parks because I love seeing all of the beautiful holiday decorations all around the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and at Disney Springs.  Walt Disney World is also a fantastic destination for large groups, so hopefully I can point you in the right direction.

If you're looking into setting up accommodations for your group, Disney Meetings & Events is where you'll want to start your inquiry.  I coordinate a reunion of 100+ Guests at Walt Disney World each year and Disney Meetings & Events is where I start with my planning.  A wonderful Cast Member can help you set up a room block at a Disney Resort hotel of your choice, based on availability, as well as help you with tickets and even putting together a private event if you are interested.  I have set up in-park breakfasts before the parks are open, dessert parties during fireworks and sunset receptions on the waterfront at Disney's BoardWalk.  Whatever you can dream up, Disney can help.  Since your visit is coming up in a few months, I suggest you submit a request as soon as possible to get the ball rolling.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
