We are taking a a trip in March 2013 for more then one reason but the main reason is we are celabrating my parents 30th wedding anniversary. We are trying to surprise them with a nice dinner out for just the 2 of them. I have no idea where to have them go.

Hi, Mallory!  There are so many really spectacular dining experiences at Walt Disney World for just this type of celebration.  For the ultimate dining experience, you can try to secure the Chef's Table at Victoria and Albert's at the Grand Floridian Resort.  This is a pricey meal, at around $200 per person, but you will have an experience like no other.  The meal is prepared entirely to your likes and dislikes, with personal interaction from the Chef and his staff.  It is a meal they will remember for a lifetime.  If you aren't able to get this particular dining experience, Victoria and Albert's is still an amazing restaurant for a wonderful meal.  Men do need a jacket and women should also be appropriately dressed.

Another phenomenal dining location is the California Grille at the Contemporary.  Located high atop Walt Disney World, the nighttime views here are spectacular.  If you time your meal right, you may see the Wishes fireworks show from the Magic Kingdom from the broad windows in the restaurant or from just outside on the deck.  This is a wonderful anniversary dinner location.

My husband and I, nearly every year, celebrate our anniversary at Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge.  We love the food and the atmosphere, and it's so romantic to walk outside after dinner and maybe catch an African storyteller or do some animal watching.

Other wonderful options include Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge or Citricos at the Grand Floridian.  Some of the restaurants at EPCOT would be high on my list for a nice night out as well.

If you want to write back with their food preferences, I can help you narrow down the field!

    Have a great time planning!
