We will be taking our 2 yr old son on his first WDW trip next May (my husband's 1st trip too). Everyone is telling me that we NEED to do a character dining experience. My son is a Mickey fanatic- which locations offer a chance to dine with him or his pals?

Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Niki!  We're glad you're hEAR!  Your son has great taste.... I'm a big fan of Mickey Mouse myself!  Character Dining Experiences are so much fun for children!  Your two-year-old son will love having the Disney Characters greeting him table side for photographs!  Some of our most magical Disney Vacation memories have included Character Dining Experiences!  Our family's favorite dining locations offering a chance to dine with Mickey include Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort and 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast at Disney's Polynesian Resort. You can also dine with Mickey at
Donald's Dining Safari Breakfast or Lunch at Tusker House in Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park and The Garden Grill Restaurant at Epcot for dinner. Guests may begin booking Advanced Dining Reservations for Character Dining Experiences 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by going online here.  I hope this information helps!  Please let us know if we can assist you with any additional vacation planning questions.  Best wishes for a Magical Meal with Mickey!
    Happy Dining,
    Jodie
