Ahoy, Jennifer!
I'm so excited to hEAR your crew is looking forward to a magical cruise aboard Disney Cruise Line this February! My daughter was four years old on our first Disney Cruise, and she loved everything we experienced on our sailing especially the Disney Princesses! She was definitely in the midst of her Disney Princess loving stage! The
Royal Court Royal Tea was not offered at that time, but I know she would have LOVED this royal experience along with the special keepsakes each Guest receives. If your daughter is anything like mine was at four, I say go for it! As for your son, it is up to his interests. My son has always enjoyed interacting and having his picture taken with the Disney Princesses even now at the age of 11. Actually, when he was toddler and preschool age, we often couldn't get him to look at the camera because he loved to gaze up at them! He was completely in awe of their radiant beauty! If you think your son will enjoy the delightful treats, singing, lively dancing, hearing fanciful stories and meeting with the princesses, I suggest booking the experience for all three of you. As I mentioned earlier, there are special keepsakes for both including a Royal Court cinch bag, sword, shield, pins, an autograph book and Duffy the Disney Bear plush for the boys and a jewelry box, link bracelet, necklace with charms, Cinderella doll, autograph book with pen and tiara for girls.
Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jennifer! Please let us know if you think of any additional questions. We are always happy to help!
Have a magical day!
