We are taking our 8-year-old daughter to Disney for the first time in June. We want it to memorable. Which character meal do you recommend at WDW, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom? Thank you.

    Hi Rob!

A first visit to Walt Disney World for your princess, how exciting!  Be sure to pick up a complimentary 'first visit' button from any Guest Service location when you arrive on property. Rob, I have a 9 year-old little girl who LOVES Walt Disney World so I went straight to the source and asked her top Character Dining spots at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney's Animal Kingdom. I'm happy to share with you what she told me.

At Magic Kingdom she loves Cinderella's Royal Table because you get to dine in a beautiful castle and meet many Disney Princess friends. She says she always feels so grown up when she dines at this amazing restaurant.  I know your little one would surely feel like royalty if you make a reservation for a meal at this charming establishment. Epcot is home to another favorite Character Dining spot The Garden Grill.  This all-you-care-to-enjoy feast is served family style and is full of some of my favorite comfort foods including, turkey, mashed potatoes and a fabulous dessert. Chip and Dale host this fun feast along with some other friends dressed in really cute farm inspired clothing. This is a must-do for my family on each vacation. Disney's Animal Kingdom is home to our family's favorite Disney Dining spot, Tusker House Restaurant.  Tusker House is a buffet meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner.   Donald Duck and his safari friends host the meal which will be full of laughter and  fun for the whole family. If you go at lunch or dinner be sure to try the Kenyan Coffee BBQ Pork Loin it's amazing.

I hope you enjoy your visit and please let us know if we can help again.
