Hi I am taking my two grand childern to WDW in september I am wondering how we get in to the Crystal Palace for breakfast at 8:00 am when the park dosent open till 9:00 am. I will be making reservations.

This is not a problem. Many guests will be entering the Magic Kingdom prior to the official opening time for early character meals at the Crystal Palace and Cinderella' Royal Table, as well as for early makeovers at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

For an 8:00 a.m. character meal, I would arrive at the park entrance turnstiles by about 7:40. One of the entrance lines will have a special sign that says something like "Character Breakfast Entrance." This is usually at the far end of the turnstile line -- if you don't see it right away, just ask any cast member. There will be someone there with a clipboard who will ask you for your name and possibly your reservation confirmation number. As long as you're on the reservation list, you will be able to swipe your ticket and enter the park.

I LOVE having a pre-opening meal at the Magic Kingdom. This is one of the very few opportunities a family can have to take photos of themselves in front of the Castle without zillions of other guests in the background. Be sure to bring your camera to take advantage of this unique opportunity.

    Have a great time!
