    we are taking the train, and want to know is it better to get a cab to the resort or get a rental car,need to save money, and dont really plan on leaving to venture off any other site but disney.

    Hi Teresa,

    I agree that if you are staying on property you may not want to rent a car. However, I was just in Disney for the weekend and though I used it for only going back and forth to the airport, it was cheaper to rent a car versus taking a taxi.

    I would visit the travel websites such as Travelocity, Orbitz or Priceline to find a deal. Also, I know if I call a car rental agency directly, they often give me a better price then what is listed on the website.

    You can also Google car rental coupons for a list of coupons available.

    Mousesavers.com also lists discounts for cars and remember if you have AAA you might receive a discount as well.
