We are taking our son to Magic Kingdom for his 5th birthday. Are there any character dinners for boys?

Happy Birthday to your son!  And yes there are character dinings that appropriate for boys, too.  The one that comes to mine first would be Chef Mickey, where your son would celebrate with the Fab 5.  Chef Mickey is located at the Contemporary.  All you would need to do is get your hand stamped, hop on the Monorail and enjoy your meal there.  You can re-enter MK that same day, just make sure to get your arm stamped.
Chef Mickey is an extremely entertaining dining experience, and I think your 5 year old would love it!  The other possibility would be Crystal Palace, where he would dine and celebrate with Pooh and his friends from the 100 Acre Woods.  But for a birthday celebration, my first choice for a boy or girl would be Chef Mickey.
I hope this helps and thanks so much for coming to the Mom's Panel.
