We are taking my niece on her first trip to Disney world. I know when I went in the past (2009) people had pins that said my first disney trip and things of the matter. Is there a way to get one or have it marked on her ticket? Thanks,

Hello, Kirby, and welcome to planDisney! I'm sure you're excited about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

First time visits are truly magical at Walt Disney World. You can pick up a complimentary "1st Visit" button for your niece at any Guest Relations location or the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Our family gets celebration buttons for any occasion that we're celebrating each trip. It lets Cast Members and other Guests know you have something special to celebrate. When a Cast Member acknowledges our children's birthdays it makes them feel so special and their big, sweet smiles are magical moments I treasure!

You may also be interested in Mickey Mouse Celebration Cakes that are available at participating restaurants. Guests have a choice of chocolate or white chocolate cakes and they are delicious! One cake feeds 4 to 6 Guests and they are $39, plus tax and gratuities. To add a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to a future dining reservation, visit the restaurant's host podium. Requests for same-day cakes must be made in person when you arrive at the restaurant.

Be sure to look over our Panel Extras page right here on plandisney.com. The planDisney Panel helped put together helpful lists such as Top Vacation Planning Tools and Walt Disney World Greatest Hits and Classic Must-Trys. We've also shared recommendations on what to order at some of our favorite Disney dining spots. Check out What Would I Order? if you need any help deciding where and what to eat during your visit.

Kirby, please let me know if I can help you with any other questions before your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth in July.

    Have a magical day!
