Hello, Courtney, and thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question. You and your little prince will be arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort in just a sleep or two, so I bet you're getting excited. Since your young one will need sustenance to meet Mickey, let's look at what you can bring to the theme parks.
I recommend reviewing the list of allowed and prohibited items on the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules page. You can see that backpacks and coolers cannot be more than 24" x 15" x 18", and loose ice is prohibited. My tip is to freeze plastic water bottles for ice packs; you can drink them as they thaw. You shouldn't have any issues bringing in formula and milk as long as your cooler meets the guidelines.
If you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel,
Bell Services typically has a freezer you can use during your visit. Most standard resort rooms have a beverage cooler to keep items chilled, while many villas and suites offer full-sized refrigerators with freezers.
You can take full advantage of the
Baby Care Centers at all four theme parks. You can prepare bottles, change your baby, and feed him in a soothing rocker. My panelist pals highlight all the
features and amenities of these centers, and I'll attach some video tips for planning your visit with little ones. Finally, you can find many helpful tips and tools to make your tiny tot's visit a smooth one in this
Planning Guide for Parents. Disney babies are happy babies!
Courtney, I hope you make some magical memories on this trip. I'd love to see your son's face when he meets Mickey for the first time! Please
stop by planDisney again for planning tips and advice.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
