we are taking our 20 month old almost 21 months at the time in april. will she be able to go on any rides on our laps or sitting next to us on the seat?

    Hi Jane,

You can bring your child with you on any ride for which there is no height requirement. When my children were infants and toddlers, I brought them with me on dozens of rides at Walt Disney World. The ride operator at each attraction will let you know if there are rules about whether the child can be on you lap or on the seat next to you. In most cases you can do either.

Some of the rides that your little one might enjoy include: It's a Small World, Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Jungle Cruise, Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Dumbo, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Under the Sea - and that's just at the Magic Kingdom.

Don't forget that there are also plenty of non-ride attractions that appeal to little ones. These include show such as Country Bear Jamboree, Enchanted Tales with Belle, and the Monster's Inc Laugh Floor. There are also character greetings, parades, fireworks and other entertainment to keep little ones occupied.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
