We will be taking our little girl in August for her 5th B-day. I am looking for info on which Character Meal is the best and if we should go for breakfast, lunch or dinner? She loves princesses. Thank you :-)

    Hi Amber,

If your daughter loves Princesses them I would recommend you dine at either Akershus in Epcot or Cinderella's Royal Table (CRT) in the Magic Kingdom. Both have Princesses present and although they change daily they tend to include Belle, Snow White, Jasmine, Aurora and Mulan plus Cinderella at CRT.

Akershus is in the Norwegian pavilion and serves traditional Norwegian food at lunch and dinner but standard breakfast food. You can find details including menus by clicking HERE. The price ranges from about $29 per adult and $18 per child (3-9) for breakfast to $36 per adult and $20 per child (3-9) for dinner or one credit on the Disney Dining Plan.

CRT is inside the castle and it is probably every little girls dream to eat there. This makes it the most popular restaurant in Disney and it also costs more than Akershus. You can see details on this restaurant HERE. Prices range from about $35 per adult and $24 per child (3-9) for breakfast to $43 per adult and $27 per child (3-9) for dinner or two Dining Plan credits.

I've dined at both with my 2 girls and although we like CRT we actually preferred Akershus it seemed more relaxed!

Whichever you decide you will need to call 407-939-3463 up to 90 days in advance to book a reservation.

    Have a great trip,

    Jo
