I am taking a large group with multiple parties and reservations; what would be the best way to link them together so we can book ADRs and park days, etc?

    Hi Ryan!

I am thrilled that you, your friends, and your family are going to "Be Our Guest" at Walt Disney World next February! You all are in for an "adventure in the great wide somewhere!"

Ryan, you can easily link your groups' reservations through My Disney Experience. This planning tool is great for managing all of your big group's plans, including Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservations, Disney Dining reservations, Disney PhotoPass photos, attractions, and much more! This tool is invaluable for managing multiple reservations for everyone in your party.

You can link everyone in your party to the My Disney Experience mobile app by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app's home screen. Scroll down and click on "My Profile." On the right side of the screen, you will see the words "Family & Friends List," click on those words. Click on "Add a Guest." You can add a Guest through "connected Guests," name and age, or scan their linking code.

Once you do this, you will see all of your Friends and Family in My Disney Experience. You all will be able to see each other's reservations and this will help immensely as you plan your group vacation.

While you are at Walt Disney World, dining at Be Our Guest. The ambiance is wonderful and you can even see the enchanted rose! You can book all of your advanced dining reservations 60 days in advance online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
    Stacy
