Hi, we are taking the kids to disneyworld this november, we are staying at the caribbean beach resort my question is: can I have groceries and other things delivered to my room? how does it work? we would like to order some snacks, food and a stroller

    Hello Amapola,

There is a wonderful service called GardenGrocer.com which will deliver grocery items to any Walt Disney World resort hotel. Just go to their website and place an order, specifying your resort and arrival date. The groceries will be delivered to the Bell Services desk at the hotel. You can pick them up there and bring them to your room yourself or you can ask for assistance and have a bellman bring them to the room for you.

As for strollers, I'm not sure if you wanted to rent or buy one. There are a number of Orlando area stroller rental agencies that will deliver to your hotel. There are three which have preferred status (Google for their websites):
    • Kingdom Strollers: (407) 271-5301
    • Magic Strollers: (866) 866-6177
    • Orlando Stroller Rentals: (800) 281-0884
You can also purchase a stroller (or snacks) from any online vendor (Amazon, etc.) and have it delivered to your hotel. The street address of every Disney World resort hotel is listed on the DisneyWorld.com website on that resort’s main page, on the right, under the map. For example, you can see on the Caribbean Beach page that the address is 900 Cayman Way, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8411 . Be sure to add your arrival date and the word GUEST to your package.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
