Taking grandson on Fantasy - what documents do I need for him?> I have passports for husband and I.

    Ahoy Mary!
Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with another great question!  Since you are sailing on a closed loop cruise (begins and ends in the same U.S. port), your grandson will only need his birth certificate for sea travel.  But, with that being said, Disney Cruise Line does recommend all Guests travel with a passport in case of any unforeseen emergency back home.  Since you will be in the Caribbean a passport will be needed to fly back to the states.  Please read over the Passport Information on the Disney Cruise Line website so you can make the best decision for your grandson.
Also, you will need to have a signed Minor Authorization Form for check-in since your grandson will be traveling without his parents.  This form can be found when you complete your online check-in in the Planning Center section of the Disney Cruise Line website.  It will be located at the bottom of the page and you will need to print it out and have it signed before leaving for your cruise vacation.  The form does not need to be notarized.
I hope this helps, Mary!  It's a pleasure assisting you with your plans so please continue to visit the Moms Panel with all your cruise questions!
    Have a magical day!
