I will be taking my 2 grandchildren on Disney Dream in April 2014. Ages 3 and 7. I was wondering are the activities open on the ship when you go to the Port of Call in case you do not want to get off of ship?

    Ahoy Janis!
Spending time onboard the Disney Dream with your two sweet grands will be a vacation you will never forget!  A cruise vacation is the perfect getaway for the three of you because Disney Cruise Line really does offer something for everyone!
I'm glad you asked this question because the Disney Dream is a destination in itself!  From stem to stern, there is so much to experience even when the ship is docked!  Your Personal Navigator, the daily cruise newsletter will be chock-full of fun each day of your cruise, and will be delivered the night before so you can plan ahead for the following day.  You will find a row for the activities planned for the Oceaneer Club and for the Oceaneer Lab so you and your little sailors can talk about when they want to visit the youth spaces.  I recommend bringing along a couple of highlighters so you can mark your "must do" activities for the next day.  The club and lab are open from around 9:00 am to midnight!
I'm glad you stopped by with your question, Janis!  Please keep me posted as you continue to plan for your magical voyage!
