We are taking our first trip to Disney with our 2 year old. This is her birthday present and she will turn 3 on the 3rd day of our 8 day trip. My understanding is that she will not require a ticket or dining plan for our entire trip. Is that right?

Hi Jessica! What a special birthday for your little girl. You are absolutely correct. Since she turns three after your vacation has started, she does not require a ticket for any theme or water parks. Regarding the dining, she is able to eat off your plates and share your meals, even at buffets. She would, however, not get her own dining plan credits. When you are making dining reservations, be sure to include her in your guest count as they need the total number of guests, regardless of age.

Wishing your princess the most magical birthday Jessica!
