Taking our first trip to Dinsey 8-23. Meal plan included. 2 child. 10 & 12. What is best time to make reservations for dinner. I am trying to figure out how hungry they will be and how we should plan lunch /dinner times. Is there a wait w./ dinner?

Hey Kathleen!  Great question.  And unfortunately sometimes you have to go with whatever reservations they have available.  With regards to dinner I try to eat anywhere between 5:30 and 7:00.  For instance though on some packages (like Fantasmic) you have to dine between 4 and 5:30, so when I have an ADR like this booked, I then will feed my group a fairly good breakfast and skip lunch.  When making breakfast reservations, I try to make them as early as possible so we can get on with our day in the parks, but with that said I have a 10:25 breakfast booked at CRT for our upcoming trip, because that is all that was available.
Also sometimes I have to make my children sit down and eat.  If it were up to them they would live off of Mickey Ice Cream and water for a week.  They will beg for just one more ride before they have to eat, but having ADRs helps solve this problem.
Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel and I hope you have a wonderful trip in August.
